Best in Class: Finance

Crain’s launched a slate of recognition programs honoring the “Best in Class” in three Metro Detroit business sectors: real estate, law and finance.  Best in Class awards honor stand-out achievements – the deals and developments that made the most impact in the last year or so – as well overall excellence in the field.

Nominations are now open for Best in Class: Finance in the following categories:

  • CFO of the year (for-profit / nonprofit)
  • M&A awards (over $100 million / under $100 million)
  • Venture capital deal of the year
  • Private equity exit of the year

Winners will be announced in our Dec. 3 issue. The nomination deadline has been extended to Tuesday, Oct. 16.
